Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not exactly sure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s on your mind. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation while also giving you the tools and direction to make meaningful changes. I take the time to truly understand your unique experiences so that our work together is tailored to your specific needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Because every client is different, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. This allows me to develop treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and meaningful. I also welcome feedback throughout the process because therapy works best when it feels collaborative.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, overthinking, life transitions, and managing intense emotions. I also work with individuals navigating depression, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. Whether you’re balancing work, school, relationships, family responsibilities, or simply trying to manage the demands of everyday life, we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way and develop practical strategies that help you move toward the life you want to live.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. One of my priorities is taking the time to understand what’s really driving your concerns rather than simply treating the symptoms. Once we have a clear understanding of the underlying patterns, we can develop strategies that fit your goals, personality, and everyday life. One goal of mine is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify patterns you may not have recognized before, and develop practical tools that feel relevant to your unique situation. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, supported, hopeful, and with a clearer sense of direction.
