Diann Stuart is a passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic therapist who pursued her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University . She has also done extensive course work in trauma, spirituality and child and adolescent therapy.  She is a member of the Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society as well as a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists and the Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.

 

Throughout her career she has worked with individuals, couples, adolescents, children, and families of all ages. Prior to beginning a career at Alan Behrman & Associates, she worked in all levels of care treating clients suffering with a primary diagnosis of eating disorders. Diann is extremely passionate about family involvement in treatment and has a diverse experience working with clients across all walks of life. Her passion and desire is to walk alongside hurting people as they uncover and find long term solutions they need to calm their emotional storms and increase their coping skills to better handle their distress and to become their best self!

She encourages self-empowerment and autonomy in a non-judgmental environment to promote hope, healing, and change clients need to be their best self. Diann offers a compassionate and safe environment through the use of Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through both individual sessions, skill-based groups and experiential groups.
